Can I see it working before I pay?
You already are — everything on this page is the real interface. Beyond that, the full feature tour runs in your browser with nothing to sign up for, and you can book a live walkthrough anytime.
Is there a setup fee? Can I cancel?
Setup is free — $0. You pay monthly or annually, and if Smilo is not right for your clinic you can cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription for a full refund. After that first week the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
How long does it take to get started?
Minutes. Register the clinic, set the clinic and doctor working hours, add your staff, and you can book the first patient the same day. Bring old records with the Excel or CSV import whenever you are ready.
We already have years of patient records.
Import them from Excel or CSV — patients, treatments, balances and appointments. The import screen previews every row and tells you what it could not read before anything is saved.
Who on my team can see what?
Everyone signs in with their own account and role — owner, manager, dentist, assistant or receptionist — and sees only what that role needs. Salaries, ID numbers and dates of birth of staff stay private, and the owner sees every branch at once.
Is our data safe, and is it still ours?
Each clinic's data is kept completely separate from every other clinic, every login is personal, and every change the co-pilot makes is logged against a name. Your patient records always belong to your clinic.
What if the AI does something wrong?
It cannot act alone. Reading your data is free; anything that writes — booking, invoicing, refunding, editing a record — stops and asks you to confirm first, and every action it takes is logged against your name.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. The clinic keeps the number patients already know. The agent answers on it, and you can take over any conversation mid-sentence from inside Smilo.
Does it work in Arabic?
Fully, right to left, including printed prescriptions and receipts. The co-pilot and the WhatsApp agent both read and reply in Arabic. Switch the whole page with the button in the corner and see for yourself.
More than one branch?
Each branch keeps its own schedule, stock and till, while the patient file follows the patient between them. Switch branch from the top bar; owners see all of them at once.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Smilo runs in the browser on a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone, and the screens adapt to small devices. Printed receipts, prescriptions and lab work orders come straight from the browser.
